Its definitely luxurious. I love it! Clean, modern facilities and very secure. Plus the staff on hand is the friendliest you will find. They are very attentive to your needs always in a timely manner!

I have been here for almost 2 years and enjoyed every minute of it. Very well build, can't hear or see my neighbors. I wish I could stay longer, the only reason I will vacant is because of another Rent Increase. The Staff is awesome whenever I needed something.

I have recommended Arcadia to others, telling them about the friendly helpful office staff, the excellent and efficient maintenance crew, how well the grounds are maintained, and how nice it is to have the fitness center within just a short walk. Our townhome is quiet with a view of the wooded trail, and our location is convenient for any of our needs.

If someone were to ask me what it is like living at Arcadia Luxury Townhomes, I would tell them that it is the first place that actually feels like a warm cozy home. I love the newly refinished kitchen, dark hardwood floors, and the open floor-plan for such a limited sq footage. I love the skylight in my bathroom and immaculate closet space. I also love the special characteristics of the house, such as the loft space in both of the bedrooms. In fact, I finally get excited about having people over and showing off my beautiful home. Not only is my townhouse the best, the staff is utterly amazing and full of energy and always saying hello or asking how everything is going whenever they see me. I feel more than comfortable voicing my concerns or needs to the staff and fully confident that whatever needs addressing will be effectively solved. Also, my neighbors are friendly and warmly welcome new renters. Finally, Arcadia has recently made their location even more pet friendly by placing various trash stations to properly dispose of the clean up after ones dog to keep the overall area a clean environment for all renters. In conclusion, I have, am, and will continue to refer anyone who is looking to Arcadia Luxury Townhomes due to my fabulous living experience. Thank you Arcadia Team for all you do!!

The landscaping is beautiful. The neighbors are quiet and all of the people I've met here so far are nice. I feel safe here, like I don't have to look over my shoulder in the parking lot. The place is very well maintained, and I often see people outside mowing the lawn or blowing away the leaves. I love how spacious the floorplan is, especially the living/dining and kitchen areas. My only complaint is the lack of storage in the bathrooms.

The apartments are good quality, the management staff is always helpful and quick to respond to any issues. The locations is very convenient and we are very happy with our living arrangement.

Quiet, Easy going and simple. Kids are around so you have to be ok with that. Great Location. Places are nice and decently well laid out. Easy to Recommend

Arcadia is home for me ! I have rented several places prior to the last 2 1/2 yrs only to be disappointed with management and/or the overall service. The quick maintenance service received here sets them apart from all the rest. Arcadia townhomes are soundly built. I live in one of the smaller units and don't even know when my neighbors are home. The property itself is admirably maintained and very beautiful especially in the fall ! They have a family friendlly pool ,workout room and there's even a playground. Everyone in the office is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. They truly go out of their way to make this "Your Home" ! We are very happy here....

I love it. It's quiet, nice, and spacious. There is always plenty of parking around my building and its always clean and peaceful. The staff are friendly and efficient, and they remember your name! Overall, this is one of the best communities we've lived in.

I love it! My townhouse has plenty of space, lots of storage, and I don't hear either of my neighbors. The team at Aracadia is responsive and timely - not to mention friendly. My friends and family are really surprised at how much room I have - while there is just one person in my unit, there is plenty of room for more without falling over each other. I get lots of natural light, 3 closets in my bedroom, a private outdoor space.....I am glad I choice Arcadia to be my new home!
